Lemon Tree Hotels to hold 33rd AGM, reports record FY25 performance

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited will hold its 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 01:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing. Shareholders will vote on the reappointment and remuneration of key directors, including Patanjali Govind Keswani as executive director and chairman, and Neelendra Singh as managing director, both effective October 1, 2025. The appointment of DPV & Associates LLP as secretarial auditors for five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2025-2026, will also be considered.

For FY25, Lemon Tree Hotels reported a record revenue of ₹1,288.40 crores, a 20% year-on-year increase, and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹243.15 crores, reflecting 34% growth. Operational efficiency was a key driver, with room occupancy reaching 71.7% and average daily rates (ADR) increasing to ₹6,381. The company added 3,784 new rooms through 61 new openings and signings, bringing its total to 17,116 rooms across 212 hotels. Strategic investments in ESG initiatives amounted to ₹4,11,39,246 for sustainable development.

Shareholders will also consider an amendment to the LTHL Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme-2024, proposing to increase the aggregate number of SAR Units to 15,000,000 and the maximum number of equity shares to 8,000,000. Additionally, one-time ex-gratia payments of ₹460.76 lakhs to Patanjali Govind Keswani and ₹105.45 lakhs to Kapil Sharma for remuneration waived during the COVID-19 period will be voted upon.
