Hemisphere Properties to hold 21st AGM, reports reduced losses

Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL) will hold its 21st Annual General Meeting on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing. The meeting will address the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, the re-appointment of director Shri Rajeev Kumar Das, and the appointment of Smt. Manasi Sahay Thakur and Sh. G.R. Kanakavidu as directors. Additionally, the remuneration of statutory auditors for FY2025-26 and the appointment of secretarial auditor M/s Kumar Naresh Sinha & Associates for a five-year term will be considered.

For the fiscal year 2024-25, HPIL reported a net loss of ₹751.85 lakhs, an improvement from the previous year's loss of ₹981.85 lakhs. Revenue from operations increased to ₹90.64 lakhs from ₹52.28 lakhs in FY2023-24. The company generated ₹90.64 lakhs in rental income from its Pune land parcel during FY2024-25 and incurred capital expenditure of approximately ₹71 lakhs.

The company's total assets as of March 31, 2025, stood at ₹110199.69 lakhs. Due to incurred losses, the board does not recommend any dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Total fines imposed by NSE and BSE for non-compliance with board composition regulations amounted to ₹32,03,700/- including GST for FY2024-25.
