HDFC Mutual Fund cuts Delta Corp stake to 3.08%

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced a decrease in its shareholding in Delta Corp Limited. As of August 29, 2025, the aggregate holding of HDFC Mutual Fund schemes in Delta Corp Limited stands at 3.08% of the paid-up equity share capital. This marks a decrease of 2.06% from its previous holding of 5.14% as of August 1, 2025. The paid-up equity share capital of Delta Corp Limited is Rs. 26,77,71,097, comprising 26,77,71,097 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.

The change in shareholding was conducted via an open market sale of 5,523,144 equity shares, representing 2.06% of the company's total voting capital. Prior to this sale, HDFC Mutual Fund held 13,762,108 shares. Post-transaction, the number of shares carrying voting rights held by HDFC Mutual Fund is 8,238,964.
