GTL Infrastructure reappoints Vikas Arora as whole-time director

GTL Infrastructure Limited's board of directors has approved the re-appointment of Vikas Arora as whole-time director for a period of three years, effective November 10, 2025, until November 9, 2028. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. Arora previously served as whole-time director from November 10, 2022.

Arora, born on August 17, 1971, is an engineering graduate with a diploma in business management. He possesses over 28 years of experience in business operations, primarily in business development, sales and marketing, spanning B2B businesses within telecom towers and enterprise networks. He holds 22,000 equity shares in GTL Infrastructure Limited and has no inter-se relationship with other board members or promoters.

The board meeting to consider the re-appointment concluded on September 3, 2025. The company confirmed that Arora is not debarred from holding a directorship by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
