Ganesha Ecosphere reports strong growth, strategic expansion in FY2024-25

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited achieved a consolidated EBITDA of ₹210.58 crores, representing 53% growth over the previous year. Profit After Tax rose 154% to ₹103.12 crores, with revenue climbing 31% to ₹1,465.54 crores in FY2024-25. The company’s production reached 1.56 lakh tonnes, a 20% increase, demonstrating its ability to meet rising demand.

The company, India’s largest PET recycler, processes over 150,000 tons of PET waste annually, equivalent to more than 8.5 billion bottles. Strategic initiatives include expanding rPET capacity through greenfield and brownfield projects and launching its "Go Rewise" brand for FDA-approved, premium-grade rPET.

The company also reported a net cash flow generated from operating activities of ₹2,946.75 lakh. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per share for FY2024-25, in addition to an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share already paid.
