The Federal Bank Limited has informed exchanges of meetings with fourteen analyst and investor firms at the Motilal Oswal 21st Annual Global Investor Conference 2025. These engagements, conducted as a group meeting, took place physically at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, as per the disclosure made on September 03, 2025. The announcement aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, specifically Regulation 30(6) and Para A of Part A of Schedule III.
