Coforge schedules board meeting for Q2 results, dividend, and investor events

Coforge Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Friday, October 24, 2025, to review and approve its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. During this meeting, the board will also consider a proposal for the payment of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and determine its record date. A conference call with analysts and institutional investors is tentatively scheduled for 5:00 PM (IST) on October 24, 2025, following the board meeting.

In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Coforge securities will close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2025, in anticipation of the financial results.
