Bharat Dynamics sets AGM date, final dividend at 65 paise per share

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) will hold its 55th annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM (IST) via video conference or other audio-visual means. The company has electronically dispatched the AGM notice and annual report 2024-25 to registered members and made them available on its website and stock exchange platforms.

Remote e-voting for the AGM will commence on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 09:00 AM and conclude on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 05:00 PM. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is Friday, September 19, 2025.

The register of members and share transfer registers will be closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive). This closure is to determine the entitlement for a final dividend of INR 0.65/- per share (face value INR 5). If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days to eligible shareholders whose names appear on the beneficial owners list as of September 19, 2025, or in the company's register of members after valid transfers.
