Asian Energy Services: Dividend date follows strong growth.

Asian Energy Services Limited announced that its board of directors, at a meeting held on May 16, 2025, recommended a final dividend of 10% of the face value, equivalent to Re.1/- per equity share, for the financial year 2024-25. This dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming 32nd annual general meeting.

The company has fixed Friday, September 19, 2025, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members to this final dividend. Payment of the dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made after its approval at the ensuing AGM. This intimation is in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
