Apollo Micro Systems announces unclaimed dividend transfer to IEPF

Apollo Micro Systems Limited announced the publication of newspaper advertisements concerning the transfer of unclaimed dividends and shares to the Investor Education & Protection Fund (IEPF). This action is in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The advertisements were published in both Business Standard (English) and Nava Telangana (Telugu) on September 3, 2025. The company has also made this notice available on its website, www.apollo-micro.com, alongside a list of shareholders who have not claimed their interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19.
