Agarwal family adjusts Century Plyboards holdings through share gift

Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, a promoter of Century Plyboards (India) Limited, has disclosed changes in the promoter group's shareholding as of September 1, 2025. The disclosure details a gift of equity shares.

Smt. Sumitra Devi Agarwal, mother of Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, transferred 100,000 equity shares each to Ms. Tanishqa Agarwal and Ms. Vanshika Agarwal, both daughters of Rajesh Kumar Agarwal. This off-market transfer resulted in a decrease of 200,000 shares (0.09%) for Sumitra Devi Agarwal, bringing her holding to 1,516,150 shares (0.68%).

Conversely, Tanishqa Agarwal and Vanshika Agarwal each gained 100,000 shares (0.05%), with their holdings now at 100,000 shares (0.05%) each. Despite these internal family transfers, the overall promoter and promoter group shareholding in Century Plyboards (India) Limited remains unchanged at 161,382,858 shares, representing 72.64% of the total voting capital.
