Aceso Company pares stake in HealthCare Global with off-market sale

On August 28, 2025, Aceso Company Pte. Ltd. sold 4,230,742 equity shares of HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited, representing approximately 3.03% of the total share capital. This transaction was executed pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated February 23, 2025.

The sale reduced Aceso Company's holding of voting rights in HealthCare Global from 12,206,043 shares (about 8.76%) to 7,975,301 shares (about 5.73%). The shares were sold via an "off-market" sale and were listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited's equity share capital remained at 139,415,370 before and after the transaction, while the total diluted share capital after the sale was 141,035,361.
