Aadhar Housing Finance cancels board meeting due to "unavoidable circumstances"

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. informed both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 3, 2025, of the cancellation of its Board of Directors meeting previously scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2025. The company stated the cancellation was due to "unavoidable circumstances."

This follows an earlier announcement made on September 1, 2025, under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. confirmed that a revised date for the board meeting will be communicated in due course.

The communication was signed by Harshada Pathak, company secretary and compliance officer, and was also copied to Debenture Trustees Catalyst Trusteeship Limited and Beacon Trusteeship Limited.
