Wardwizard Innovations promoter revokes pledge on shares

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has announced the revocation of a pledge on 1,242,200 equity shares of the company. The revocation, which occurred on August 28, 2025, was carried out by Knab Finance Advisors Private Limited (Pledgee).

This action follows the full repayment of all financial obligations tied to a financing/credit facility agreement, leading to the closure of the associated loan. As a result, Yatin Sanjay Gupte's encumbered shareholding in Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has decreased from 29,543,929 shares (11.33% of total share capital) to 28,301,729 shares (10.86% of total share capital).

The disclosure, dated September 1, 2025, adheres to Regulation 31(1) and 31(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and the SEBI Master Circular dated February 16, 2023.
