Vinati Organics to hold AGM, declares dividend after strong FY25

Vinati Organics Limited will convene its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM (IST) via Video Conferencing to present its annual report for the financial year 2024-25. The company reported a robust performance, with consolidated total income increasing by 18.24% to ₹2,292.48 crores in FY 2024-25, up from ₹1,938.76 crores in FY 2023-24. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a significant rise of 25%, reaching ₹405.25 crores in FY 2024-25 compared to ₹322.98 crores in the previous year. Shareholders are set to vote on a recommended final dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share for FY 2024-25, with the record date set for Friday, September 19, 2025.

The company continued its strong focus on sustainability and innovation, investing approximately ₹400 crores in capital expenditure for 2024-25, which includes capacity expansion and new product development under VOPL. Vinati Organics maintained its EcoVadis Gold Rating in Sustainability, reflecting its commitment to eco-friendly technologies and responsible chemical management. The company operates 3 manufacturing plants and 1 office nationally, and generated 56% of its revenue from exports across 40 countries.

Additionally, Vinati Organics invested ₹9.47 crores in CSR initiatives for 2024-25, benefiting over 40,000 lives through projects in education, healthcare, and environmental conservation. The company plans to sustain its innovation-driven approach with a further capital investment of ₹350+ crores in 2025-26, aiming for continued leadership in high-value segments and expanding its market footprint.
