UltraTech Cement board to meet for Q2 and half-year results approval

UltraTech Cement Limited announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the company's code of conduct for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the trading window for all connected/designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed. This closure period commences on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, specifically up to October 20, 2025, inclusive of both days.
