Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Tantia Constructions Limited) announced its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to approve its annual report for the financial year 2024-25. The company's name changed from "Tantia Constructions Limited" to "Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited" on November 27, 2024.

For FY 2024-25, the company reported total standalone revenue of INR 16,389.00 Lakhs and consolidated revenue of INR 16,389.00 Lakhs.
