Sunflag Iron & Steel schedules 39th annual general meeting

Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Limited will hold its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024-25, including a recommended final dividend of ₹0.75 per share, and the re-appointment of directors and statutory auditors.

The company will re-appoint Suhrit Bhardwaj as a director retiring by rotation. Additionally, CA Vinita Bahri and CA Mattegunta Anjani Venkatramana Goutham will be re-appointed as independent directors for a second fixed term of five consecutive years. Pranav Bhardwaj is also proposed for re-appointment as managing director for a further five-year term effective January 17, 2026. M/s. Lodha & Co. LLP will be appointed as statutory auditors for five years, and M/s. DM & Associates Company Secretaries LLP as secretarial auditors for five years, replacing the retiring auditors.
