S.P. Apparels shareholders approve all resolutions at 20th AGM

S.P. Apparels Limited shareholders approved all seven resolutions during the company's 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 1, 2025, via video conference. The adopted resolutions included the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, with 95.96% of valid votes cast in favor. Shareholders also declared a dividend on equity shares for the same period, with 100.00% of valid votes in favor.

The re-appointment of Mr. S Chenduran as a director received 99.93% in favor. Additionally, the appointment of MDS & Associates LLP as secretarial auditors for five years from FY2025-26 passed with 100.00% of valid votes.

Special resolutions for the re-appointment of Mr. Sundararajan Perumal Mudaliar as chairman and managing director, Mrs. Lakshmi Priya as an independent director, and Mr. C.R. Rajagopal as an independent director were also passed. Mr. Sundararajan Perumal Mudaliar's re-appointment received 100.00% of valid votes. Mrs. Lakshmi Priya's and Mr. C.R. Rajagopal's re-appointments each received 95.86% of valid votes.
