Sical Logistics appoints new auditors, sets 70th AGM for September

Sical Logistics Limited's board of directors, meeting on September 2, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s KRA & Associates as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive years, from the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30 (April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030). This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 70th Annual General Meeting. M/s KRA & Associates is a Chennai-based firm specializing in secretarial audit, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.

Additionally, the board appointed M/s. D. Rangaswamy & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the internal auditor for the financial year 2025-26. This Chennai-based firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and provides accounting and advisory services.

The board also approved the notice for the 70th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and related circulars.
