Shri Venkatesh Refineries board to consider main board migration

Shri Venkatesh Refineries Limited (SVRL) will convene a board of directors meeting on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. at its registered office. The agenda includes the approval of the company's annual report and material related party transactions, along with the consideration and approval of the annual general meeting (AGM) notice. The board will also address the appointment of a scrutinizer for the AGM, covering e-voting results concerning conversion.

Additionally, the meeting will focus on key appointments, including the secretarial auditor, cost accountant, and internal auditor of the company. A significant item on the agenda is the consideration and approval of the migration process from the SME to the main board of both BSE and NSE, in accordance with Regulation 277 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, as well as BSE and NSE rules. The board will also discuss shifting the company's registered office.

In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in SVRL shares will close from the time of this intimation until 48 hours after the board meeting's outcome is declared.
