Shalibhadra Finance sees promoter group member increase stake

Ayushi Doshi, a member of the promoter group for Shalibhadra Finance Limited, acquired 11,000 equity shares of the company on September 2, 2025. This transaction, executed via the market on the BSE exchange, totaled INR 13,45,688.50.

Prior to the acquisition, Ayushi Doshi held 150,166 equity shares, representing 0.49% of the company's total shares. Following this purchase, her holding increased to 161,166 equity shares, bringing her ownership stake to 0.52%.

This disclosure was made by Minesh Doshi, managing director of Shalibhadra Finance Limited, in accordance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
