Sanghvi Movers to hold 36th annual general meeting, declare dividend

Sanghvi Movers Limited will hold its 36th annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio visual means. Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and declare a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25.

The record date for determining shareholders' entitlement to the final dividend, if declared, is Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The dividend payout, if approved, will occur within 30 days from the declaration date at the AGM, for shareholders on record as of September 29, 2025.

The e-voting period for the AGM begins on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 09:00 A.M (IST) and concludes on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 05:00 P.M (IST). The cut-off date for e-voting and for physical form share transfer receipt is Friday, September 12, 2025. Tax will be deducted at source from dividends at 10% for resident shareholders, unless exempt for individuals with total dividends not exceeding INR 5,000, and 20% for non-resident shareholders.
