RBZ Jewellers reports strong FY25 results, announces AGM details

RBZ Jewellers Limited announced its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for remote e-voting and AGM attendance is September 19, 2025, with the e-voting period scheduled from September 22-24, 2025. Shareholders will consider the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for FY 2024-25 and the re-appointment of Mr. Harit Rajendrakumar Zaveri as joint managing director.

The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 highlights strong financial performance, with revenue from operations increasing by 61.91% to ₹53,014.85 Lakhs from ₹32,743.93 Lakhs in the previous year. Net profit also saw a significant rise of 79.82%, reaching ₹3,885.86 Lakhs compared to ₹2,161.02 Lakhs. The company's strategic positioning emphasizes a balance of timeless craftsmanship and modern approaches to design, retail, and branding, supported by customer trust, product diversification, and retail expansion.

During the AGM, shareholders will also vote on the appointment of a Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term and the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Nitin Mehta as an independent director for two consecutive years.
