Rajoo Engineers Update: FY25 Dividend Record Date Announced

Rajoo Engineers Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 24, 2025, recommended a final dividend of 15%, equivalent to Rs. 0.15/- per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2024-25. This dividend recommendation is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company has set Friday, September 19, 2025, as the record date. This date will determine the eligibility of members for the final dividend for the financial year that concluded on March 31, 2025. If the proposed dividend is approved at the AGM, the payment, subject to tax deduction at source, will be processed after the AGM.
