Punjab National Bank meets investors, announces new chief general manager

Punjab National Bank (PNB) participated in physical one-to-one and group meetings at two conferences in Mumbai on September 2, 2025: the Motilal Oswal 21st Annual Global Investor Conference and Ashwamedh – Elara India Dialogue 2025. During these interactions, only publicly available information was shared, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Concurrently, PNB announced a change in its senior management. Suresh Kumar Rana, previously the chief general manager of HO HRD, has been appointed chief general manager of the BA & RM Division, Head Office, effective September 2, 2025.

Rana brings over 38 years of banking experience to his new role. His academic qualifications include a bachelor of science, bachelor of education, PG diploma in management, MBA, and master of commerce. He is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). This management change was reported pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and a SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023.
