Peterhouse Investments reduces stake in Usha Martin via open market sale

Peterhouse Investments India Ltd, a promoter group entity, disclosed the sale of 150,000 equity shares of Usha Martin Limited on August 28, 2025. This transaction was conducted via the open market on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to the sale, Peterhouse Investments held 5,966,529 equity shares, representing 1.95% of Usha Martin's total voting capital. Following the disposal, the company's holding decreased to 5,816,529 equity shares, now accounting for 1.90% of the total voting capital. The diluted share/voting capital remains unchanged at 30,47,41,780.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Usha Martin Limited shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange, and the Bourse de Luxembourg (GDR).
