National Aluminium schedules 44th AGM for September 26, 2025

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) announced its 44th annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The notice for the AGM and the annual report for fiscal year 2024-25 are being sent to members by email.

The company will offer remote e-voting from Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) until Thursday, September 25, 2025 (5:00 p.m.). Members holding shares as of the cut-off date, Friday, September 19, 2025, will be eligible to cast their votes. Key agenda items include the consideration and adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of final dividends on equity shares.

Additionally, the AGM will address significant appointments, including Vivek Kumar Bajpai as part-time official director, Dr. Tapas Kumar Pattanayak as director (HR), Brijendra Pratap Singh as chairman-cum-managing director, and Abhay Kumar Behuria as director (finance). The remuneration of cost auditors for fiscal year 2025-26 will also be ratified, and M/s. Saroj Ray & Associates will be appointed as secretarial auditors.
