MOIL announces senior management changes effective september 1, 2025

MOIL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, informed the stock exchanges today, September 2, 2025, about changes in its senior management. These changes are in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Shri Prashant Karaiya, formerly an executive director (tech.), has superannuated, with his term ending on September 1, 2025. Concurrently, Shri Kishor Chandrakar, also an executive director (tech.), has been promoted. Shri Chandrakar brings 36 years of extensive experience in mining and related fields, effective September 1, 2025.

Additionally, Shri Rajesh Verma, an executive director (P&D), has also been promoted. Shri Verma possesses 36 years of vast experience in mechanical, project, and various other related fields. Both promotions are effective September 1, 2025, and are as per the service rules of MOIL.
