Kirloskar Ferrous announces subsidiary ISMT Enterprises SA deregistered

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited has announced that ISMT Enterprises SA, previously a subsidiary of the company, has been deregistered from the Luxembourg Trade Registry. This information was communicated to BSE Limited on September 2, 2025, referencing an earlier communication dated August 28, 2025.

The deregistration of ISMT Enterprises SA was completed pursuant to a Certificate of Deregistration issued on September 1, 2025. As a direct consequence, ISMT Enterprises SA has ceased to be a subsidiary of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited.
