Ketan Ratilal Patel increases stake in Arvind Smartspaces

Ketan Ratilal Patel, not part of the promoter group, acquired an additional 7,500 equity shares with voting rights in Arvind Smartspaces Ltd. The acquisition, executed via open market purchase on August 29, 2025, represents 0.02% of the total share/voting capital.

This transaction brings Patel's total holding, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), to 2,563,001 equity shares, equivalent to 5.59% of Arvind Smartspaces' total share/voting capital. Prior to this acquisition, the holding was 2,555,501 shares, or 5.57%.

The shares of Arvind Smartspaces Ltd. are listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The equity share capital and total voting capital of the company before and after the acquisition remains 45,849,479.
