Kabir Ghumman increases stake in Shivalik Bimetal Controls via gift

Kabir Ghumman acquired 2,086,200 equity shares, representing 3.62% of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited, through an off-market gift transaction on August 28, 2025. The shares were received from Mr. Sumer Ghumman. This acquisition increases Kabir Ghumman's total holding in the company to 2,086,500 shares, maintaining a 3.62% stake.
