ICICI Lombard allots shares under employee stock schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has allotted 33,450 equity shares, each valued at ₹10, on September 2, 2025. These shares were issued under two distinct employee schemes: the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, accounting for 30,820 shares, and the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023, which issued 2,630 shares.

The allotment was approved by a whole-time director of the company today at 05:47 p.m., following authority delegated by the company's board of directors during a meeting on July 18, 2023. These newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.

The announcement was formally communicated by Vikas Mehra, the company secretary, to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
