HUDCO announces part-time official director steps down

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) announced on September 2, 2025, that Shri Solomon Arokiaraj has ceased to be a part-time official director of the company. The cessation is effective from the same date.

This change follows an office order dated August 26, 2025, from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The order, received via email on September 2, 2025, pertains to Shri Solomon Arokiaraj, who also serves as additional secretary (FM) in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was signed by Vikas Goyal, company secretary & compliance officer for HUDCO.
