HDFC Mutual Fund boosts stake in Awfis Space Solutions to 7.33%

HDFC Mutual Fund's aggregate holding in Awfis Space Solutions Limited has increased to 7.33% of the paid-up equity share capital as of August 28, 2025. This represents an increase of 2.29% since March 05, 2025, when the holding was 5.06%. The total paid-up equity share capital of Awfis Space Solutions Limited is now Rs. 71,29,45,440/-, comprising 7,12,94,544 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The acquisition involved 16,34,963 shares carrying voting rights, all transacted through an open market operation on August 28, 2025. This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
