Gita Renewable Energy to hold 15th AGM amid financial performance decline

Gita Renewable Energy Limited announced its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM via video conferencing. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2024-25 and the re-appointment of Saraswathi as a director. The company also proposes the appointment of M/s. Aayush Bohra A & Co. as statutory auditors and M/s. M. K. Madhavan & Associates as secretarial auditors for five-year terms.

The re-appointment of R Natarajan as managing director for another five-year term (2025-2030) will also be subject to a special resolution at the AGM. The company’s shares will be held in book closure from Friday, September 19, 2025, to Thursday, September 25, 2025.
