Dynamatic Technologies sees aerospace growth despite slight revenue dip

Dynamatic Technologies Limited reported a consolidated net revenue of INR 14,038 million for the fiscal year 2024-25, a slight decrease of 1.8% from INR 14,293 million in FY2024. Consolidated EBITDA stood at INR 1,583 million, with a margin of 11.28%, and Profit After Tax reached INR 430 million.

The aerospace & defence segment was a key driver, recording a 19.2% year-over-year revenue growth to INR 60,785 million, up from INR 51,009 million in FY2024. This growth was attributed to commercial order execution and strategic industrialization initiatives, including the successful indigenization of the vertical launch unit structure for the Indian Navy's LRSAM program. The hydraulics segment also saw a 2.2% increase in revenue, reaching INR 45,804 million.

The company's board has recommended an interim dividend of INR 2 per equity share for FY2024-25, with no final dividend proposed, aiming to conserve cash for future growth. The 50th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2025.
