Delton Cables to hold AGM, recommends dividend after strong growth

Delton Cables Limited announced its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

Revenue from operations increased significantly to INR 70,926.41 lakhs from INR 40,085.97 lakhs in the previous year. Net profit also rose to INR 2,051.00 lakhs from INR 1,465.65 lakhs.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 2.00 per equity share (20% on a face value of INR 10 each) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. The remote e-voting period for eligible members will commence on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. and conclude on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 05:00 P.M. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for the dividend is Friday, September 19, 2025.

Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Gupta as a director liable to retire by rotation. The board will also seek approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Atul Aggarwal as a non-executive independent director, Mr. Vijendra Kumar Gupta as chairman and whole-time director, and Mr. Vivek Gupta as managing director and CEO for new terms. The appointment of Mr. Ankit Arora as director, and later as whole-time director, will also be proposed.
