DEE Development Engineers offers access to FY25 annual report

DEE Development Engineers Limited has issued a letter to shareholders regarding access to its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 (FY25). The company advises shareholders whose email addresses are not registered that the annual report is available on its website.

In addition to the company website, the FY25 Annual Report can also be accessed on the stock exchanges where DEE Development Engineers’ equity shares are listed, namely www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com. Shareholders can also download the report by scanning a provided QR code.

The announcement also serves as a reminder for shareholders to update their KYC details and dematerialize physical shares, in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024.
