DCX Systems announces leadership changes, new CFO, and AGM details

DCX Systems Limited announced key leadership reappointments and a new chief financial officer following a board meeting on September 2, 2025. The board approved the re-appointment of Dr. Raghavendra Rao Hosakote Shamarao as chairman & managing director for a five-year term, effective June 28, 2026, to June 28, 2031. Gopinath Vedaprakash was also appointed as a whole-time director for a five-year term, effective September 1, 2025. Both reappointments are subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, CA. Prasanna Kumar T.S. has been appointed as the chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel (KMP) of the company, effective September 2, 2025. The company also announced that its 14th annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The cut-off date for determining shareholder entitlements to vote at the AGM is set for Friday, September 19, 2025.
