D.B. Corp concludes 29th annual general meeting, addresses key matters

D.B. Corp Limited successfully held its 29th annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 01:07 p.m. IST, via video conferencing. The meeting covered the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, along with the respective reports from the board of directors and auditors.

Key resolutions included the re-appointment of Girish Agarwal as a director liable to retire by rotation and the ratification of remuneration for K. G. Goyal & Associates, cost accountants, as the cost auditor. Additionally, M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co., company secretaries, were appointed as the secretarial auditor for the company.
