Bata India approves voluntary retirement scheme at Batanagar unit

On September 2, 2025, the board of directors of Bata India Limited approved the introduction of a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for eligible workmen at its Batanagar unit, located in West Bengal. The company believes this scheme will be mutually beneficial for both the workmen and the company itself.
