AXISCADES reports strong FY25 growth, profitability surges

AXISCADES Technologies Limited reported robust financial performance for FY2024-25, with consolidated revenue from operations increasing by 7.9% year-over-year to INR 1,031 crore. The company achieved its highest-ever profitability, with net profit after tax rising by 125% to INR 75 crores, accompanied by a doubling of earnings per share. Consolidated EBITDA increased by 6.9% to INR 14,244.49 lakhs, and the EBITDA margin reached 21.1% for Aerospace, 15.0% for Defence, and 21.9% for ESAI in FY25.

The growth was primarily driven by strong performance in the Aerospace and Defence verticals, which saw 13% and 16% YoY increases in revenue, respectively. The Electronics, Semiconductor, and Artificial Intelligence (ESAI) segment also delivered a resilient performance with a 16% revenue increase. The company plans significant investments in infrastructure, including a 2.8 million sq. ft. Devanahalli Atmanirbhar Complex and a 6-acre Missile Atmanirbhar Cluster in Hyderabad, to support future growth.

The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:30 AM (IST) via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The e-voting period for the AGM will commence on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM (IST) and conclude on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM (IST).
