Acutaas Chemicals sets record date for FY25 final dividend

Acutaas Chemicals Limited (formerly Ami Organics Limited) has set Thursday, September 18, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25.

The company proposes a dividend rate of 30%, which translates to Rs. 1.50 per equity share. Each equity share has a face value of Rs. 5 and is fully paid-up. The dividend, if declared by shareholders at the 18th annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2025, will be paid within 30 days of the declaration, subject to tax deduction at source as applicable.
