Wardwizard promoter revises shareholding disclosure following pledge reversals

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has submitted a revised disclosure on September 1, 2025, concerning changes in encumbered shares. The revision addresses discrepancies in previous disclosures from August 25 and August 26, 2025, specifically regarding post-event encumbered shareholding not tallying and chronological order details. The term "release of pledge" has been clarified as "reversal of invocation."

One key event includes the reversal of invocation of 2,136,402 equity shares held by the promoter on August 11, 2025, with Bikewin Trading Private Limited. This resulted in the promoter's post-transaction holding increasing from 34,450,677 shares to 36,587,079 shares. The pledge was reversed as invoked shares were returned following full dues recovery.

Conversely, invocations on August 11 and August 12, 2025, by Knab Finance Advisors Private Limited, involving 410,000 and 200,926 equity shares respectively, led to a decrease in promoter holding. An invocation on August 18, 2025, by Knab Finance Advisors Private Limited for 200,000 shares also contributed to a decrease in the promoter's holding. However, a reversal of invocation of 12,790,000 shares on August 21, 2025, by Radhamani India Limited, following a loan repayment, significantly increased the promoter's post-holding to 48,566,153 equity shares.
