Urja Global schedules 33rd AGM, reports mixed FY 2024-25 results

Urja Global Limited will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, via video conferencing, to approve its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2024-25. The company’s integrated annual report, including the business responsibility and sustainability report (BRSR) and the AGM notice, is available on its website and NSDL. The record date for e-voting is Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

For FY 2024-25, Urja Global reported standalone total revenue of ₹5,147.45 Lakhs, a 15.57% increase from the previous year, though net profit decreased by 19.39% to ₹208.09 Lakhs. On a consolidated basis, total revenue increased by 49.02% to ₹6,849.15 Lakhs, but consolidated net profit after tax decreased by 32.10% to ₹138.18 Lakhs. The report highlights the company's focus on sustainable innovations in electric vehicles and solar energy, expanding its manufacturing footprint, and initiating "URJA Kendras" projects.

The board also provided updates on its governance structure, with seven directors as of March 31, 2025. The company confirmed compliance with SEBI listing regulations, including those on board composition and related party transactions.
