UPL promoter group entities adjust shareholdings through inter-se transfers

Uniphos Enterprises Limited, a promoter group entity, has announced a change in its shareholding in UPL Limited. The company sold 980,000 equity shares on August 26, 2025, reducing its stake from 5.05% to 4.94% of UPL’s total voting capital.

Concurrently, Nerka Chemicals Private Limited, another promoter group entity, acquired 980,000 equity shares of UPL Limited on the same date via an inter-se transfer. This acquisition increased Nerka Chemicals' holding from 21.29% to 21.41% of UPL’s total voting capital.

The total equity share capital of UPL Limited remains unchanged at INR 159,461,861,650. The transactions are inter-se transfers within the promoter group, ensuring no change in overall promoter control.
