Unitech files FY25 sustainability report, details business and stalled projects

Unitech Limited submitted its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the financial year 2024-25 to the National Stock Exchange and BSE Limited. The report, part of the Annual Report for FY 2024-25, outlines the company's activities and performance in line with SEBI regulations. The company's total turnover for the financial year was Rs. 97.50 crore, with a net worth of Rs. (-) 3,907.40 crore.

The report details Unitech's business activities, including real estate and related activities (47.74% of turnover), property management (40.27%), and restaurant/banquet services (8.64%). As of FY 2024-25, Unitech has 206 employees, operating across 11 national locations with projects in 7 states.

Unitech disclosed 915 investor complaints filed during the year, with 913 pending resolution. Customer complaints totaled 1,656, with 35 pending resolution. The company noted it is working under Supreme Court guidance to complete stalled projects, having awarded contracts for 49 tenders from Lot-1 and Lot-2, and 38 tenders from Lot-3.
