UltraTech Cement board to meet for half-year financials

UltraTech Cement Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year concluding on September 30, 2025. This intimation was made to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 1, 2025.

In accordance with the company’s code of conduct for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of these financial results, specifically up to October 20, 2025, inclusive of both days.
