TD Power Systems secures injunction against workers' union strike

TD Power Systems Limited announced today, September 1, 2025, that it has obtained a temporary injunction against its Workers' Union. The injunction, issued by the Additional Civil Judge & JMFC at Nelamangala Court on August 28, 2025, prevents the union from obstructing company operations, directors, executives, staff, workmen, and the movement of vehicles carrying finished goods and raw materials.

This legal action follows a strike notice received by the company on August 22, 2025. The court order ensures the smooth passage of employees and vehicles into and out of the factory premises. Furthermore, it restricts the union from agitating within 25 meters of the factory gates until the next hearing date, set for September 24, 2025.

The injunction provides TD Power Systems with relief from potential disruptions caused by the union's actions, thereby ensuring uninterrupted business operations during this period.
